GTG Disclaimer

Last Updated March 21st 2026

1. General educational nature of content

GTG provides educational content, general market commentary and access to an online community focused on crypto, macro, markets and trading education. Content made available through the GTG website, Discord server, Whop, email, livestreams, videos, documents, webinars, coaching materials, social media channels and any related platforms is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

2. No personal advice, financial product advice or trade signals

GTG does not provide personal financial advice, financial product advice, investment recommendations, account-specific advice, portfolio management, or guarantees of performance. Nothing made available through GTG is intended to be a recommendation or statement that any particular transaction, strategy or digital asset is suitable for you.

You must not treat any content, chart, market commentary, example trade, thesis, scenario analysis, educational breakdown or community discussion as a prompt to buy, sell, hold or otherwise deal in any asset.

3. Crypto and trading risk warning

Cryptoassets, derivatives and trading activity are high risk. Prices can be volatile, liquidity can disappear, and losses may be substantial or total. Past performance, trade examples, back-testing, screenshots, case studies, member stories and contributor commentary are not reliable indicators of future performance.

4. Independent decisions and independent advice

You remain solely responsible for your own decisions, research, tax treatment, legal compliance, position sizing and risk management. Before acting on any content available through GTG, you should consider your own objectives, financial situation and needs and obtain independent advice from appropriately qualified professional advisers where appropriate.

5. Community and contributor content

GTG may host content, messages and discussions created by contributors, moderators, members and guests. Unless GTG expressly states otherwise in writing, those statements are the personal views of the speaker only. Community content is not verified by GTG for completeness, accuracy or suitability, and GTG does not endorse third-party offers, private arrangements or external services merely because they are mentioned in or adjacent to the GTG ecosystem.

6. No regulated financial services representation

GTG is an education and community business. GTG does not represent that it holds an Australian Financial Services Licence for the purpose of providing financial product advice through the Website, Discord, Whop, Official Social Media or Subscription Services. If a service offered by a third party is unlicensed or unregulated in Australia, you may have fewer protections or more limited avenues of recourse if something goes wrong.

7. No guarantee of outcomes or uninterrupted access

GTG does not promise that content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, available at all times or suitable for your circumstances. GTG does not guarantee any trading, business, educational or personal outcome from your use of the services.

8. Third-party platforms and links

GTG may use or link to third-party platforms, tools, brokers, exchanges, payment processors, websites or applications. GTG is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, privacy practices or conduct of third parties. Your use of third-party products and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Geographic and legal compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of GTG is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for complying with all laws, tax obligations, exchange restrictions and platform rules that apply to you.

6.4 Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

6.5 You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.

7. Cancellations, pauses and refunds

7.1 You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

7.2 Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the point of sale, cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period and fees already paid are not refunded for change of mind, non-use, change in trading results, dissatisfaction with market conditions, or removal of a particular contributor, channel or feature.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable laws.

7.4 GTG may offer discretionary credits, pauses or refunds in individual cases, but is not required to do so unless required by law.

8. Community standards and prohibited conduct

8.1 You must use GTG respectfully and lawfully.

8.2 You must not:

(a) use GTG to harass, intimidate, threaten, abuse or defame any person;

(b) post unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, hateful, obscene or malicious material;

(f) share paid content outside the permitted user account or circumvent access controls;

(g) upload malware or interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the services; or

(h) engage in conduct that GTG reasonably considers harmful to members, the community or the GTG brand.

8.3 GTG may moderate posts, remove content, restrict access, disable links or apply automations and filters to enforce community rules and protect the service environment.

9. User-generated content

9.1 If you post or submit content to GTG, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant GTG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, moderate, publish and communicate that content as reasonably required to operate, promote, secure and improve the services.

9.2 You warrant that you have the rights needed to post that content and that your content does not infringe any person's rights or breach any law.

9.3 GTG may remove or restrict access to user-generated content at any time where it reasonably considers this necessary for moderation, safety, legal, compliance, operational or reputational reasons.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 GTG and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the GTG brand, website, course materials, frameworks, graphics, videos, downloads, educational resources, text, trade names, logos, compilations and other GTG content, except for third-party content clearly identified as such.

10.2 Subject to these Terms, GTG grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the services for your personal, non-commercial use.

12.1 GTG may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if:

(a) you breach these Terms or community rules;

(b) payment is overdue or reversed;

(c) GTG reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, unauthorised sharing, harmful conduct or a security incident;

(d) GTG reasonably considers suspension necessary to address legal, regulatory, safety or platform-integrity risks; or

(e) GTG discontinues the relevant service.

12.2 Where reasonably practicable, GTG will give notice of suspension or termination and the reason for it. GTG may act immediately without prior notice where it reasonably believes urgent action is required.

12.3 Suspension or termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations already incurred, or clauses intended to survive termination.

12.4 GTG may also allow a subscription to expire at the end of the current billing period instead of terminating immediately.

13. Availability, performance and disclaimers

13.1 GTG aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that content will always be current, complete or suitable for your circumstances.

13.2 Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, platform migrations, moderation interventions, channel removals and feature changes may occur from time to time.

14. Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTG excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profits, loss of trading opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising from or in connection with your use of the services.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTG's aggregate liability for claims arising out of or in connection with paid services is limited to the amount paid by you to GTG for the relevant service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 Clauses 14.1 and 14.2 do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Consumer law notice

15.1 Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

(a) to cancel your service contract with us; and

(b) to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

15.2 You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel the contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.

16. Changes to these Terms

16.1 GTG may update these Terms from time to time.

16.2 If a change is material, GTG will publish the updated Terms on the Website or otherwise notify members through a reasonable channel before the change takes effect.

16.3 Continued use of the services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Complaints and support

17.1 Questions, support requests and complaints may be sent to [insert support email].

17.2 GTG will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.
