GTG TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About these Terms
These Terms apply to your access to and use of:
(a) the GTG website at https://gtg.education and any related pages;
(b) GTG’s official social media channels;
(c) GTG’s Discord server, Whop community, emails, livestreams, webinars, downloadable materials, educational resources and subscription services; and
(d) any content, materials, software, tools, communications or resources supplied through those channels.
The Services are operated by Algresa Pty Ltd ACN 674 820 270 trading as Greeny’s Trading Group / GTG.
By accessing, purchasing, subscribing to or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, the Community Rules and any additional terms shown at checkout or inside the relevant platform.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use paid GTG Services.
If you access GTG on behalf of a company, trust or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. What GTG provides
GTG provides general educational content, market commentary, community discussion spaces and related digital resources focused on crypto, macro, markets, trading education, risk, psychology and structured learning.
GTG may change, improve, remove, suspend or replace content, features, inclusions, contributors, schedules, channels, pricing, subscription structures, platforms and community tools from time to time.
GTG does not promise that any specific contributor, channel, feature, class, livestream, schedule, replay, file library, platform integration or community benefit will continue indefinitely.
4. No advice and no reliance
GTG provides general education and commentary only.
Nothing in the Services constitutes personal advice, financial product advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, investment advice, portfolio management, account-specific guidance, trade signals, copy trading, managed account services, investment recommendations or regulated financial services.
You agree that you will not rely on GTG content as a substitute for your own due diligence or independent professional advice.
Any action you take based on GTG content, community discussion or third-party services is taken at your own risk.
5. Australian regulatory position
GTG is an Australian education and community business.
GTG does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide financial services, financial product advice, personal advice, investment recommendations, trade signals, copy trading, managed discretionary account services or any other regulated financial service.
Nothing in the Services is intended to influence you to acquire, dispose of, hold or trade any financial product or cryptoasset.
Cryptoassets, derivatives, margin products, perpetual futures, CFDs and other trading products may be regulated, unregulated or differently regulated depending on their structure, provider and jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding the legal and regulatory position of any product, service or platform you use.
6. Accounts, access and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, Discord access, Whop login, email login and any devices used to access GTG.
You must not share your account access, paid content, private links, member-only materials or login credentials with anyone else.
You must notify GTG promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account or any security issue affecting the Services.
GTG may use third-party access controls, moderation tools, bots, spam filters, keyword filters and automated systems to manage the Services.
7. Subscription products, billing and renewals
Paid GTG memberships or subscription services may be offered on a recurring or one-off basis as described at checkout.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise the relevant payment processor or platform to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
Prices, inclusions, billing intervals and product structures may change. GTG will provide notice of material pricing changes before they apply to a future renewal period where required.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain current and valid.
8. Cancellations, pauses and refunds
You may cancel a recurring subscription before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise at checkout:
(a) cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period;
(b) fees already paid are not refunded for change of mind, non-use, failure to cancel before renewal, change in market conditions, trading losses, dissatisfaction with personal trading outcomes, dissatisfaction with market conditions, removal of a contributor, or removal/change of a feature, channel, class, livestream, replay, resource or schedule;
(c) access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless GTG terminates access earlier under these Terms.
GTG may offer discretionary credits, pauses or refunds in individual cases, but is not required to do so unless required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law notice
Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For major failures with a service, you may be entitled to cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for reduced value.
You may also be entitled to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you may be entitled to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time and, if it is not rectified, to cancel and obtain a refund for the unused portion.
10. Community standards
You must use GTG respectfully, honestly and lawfully.
You must not:
(a) harass, threaten, abuse, defame, intimidate, troll, bait or attack any person;
(b) post unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, hateful, obscene, NSFW, malicious or harmful material;
(c) dox any person or share private information without permission;
(d) impersonate GTG, a contributor, a moderator or another member;
(e) use GTG to advertise, solicit, recruit, promote, funnel or sell external communities, coaching, mentorship, products, referral links, affiliate offers or services without prior written approval from GTG;
(f) provide trade instructions, signals, personal guidance, account-specific advice, copy trading, managed account services, fund pooling or investment solicitation;
(g) scrape, harvest, copy, redistribute, record, resell or commercially exploit GTG content, member information or community access;
(h) share paid content outside the permitted account;
(i) upload malware or interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the Services;
(j) engage in conduct GTG reasonably considers harmful to members, the community, compliance standards or the GTG brand.
11. Moderation and enforcement
GTG may moderate posts, remove content, restrict access, disable links, apply automations or filters, suspend accounts, remove members, remove contributors or terminate access where GTG reasonably considers it necessary for community safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, operational reasons, reputational protection or enforcement of these Terms.
GTG may act immediately without prior notice where it reasonably believes urgent action is required.
12. User-generated content
If you post, submit or share content in GTG, you retain ownership of your content, but grant GTG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, moderate, publish, display and communicate that content as reasonably required to operate, promote, secure and improve the Services.
You warrant that you have the rights needed to post that content and that your content does not infringe any person’s rights or breach any law.
GTG may remove or restrict access to user-generated content at any time where it reasonably considers this necessary.
13. Intellectual property
GTG and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in GTG’s brand, website, course materials, frameworks, graphics, videos, downloads, livestreams, recordings, templates, educational resources, written materials, logos, compilations and other GTG content, except third-party content clearly identified as such.
Subject to these Terms, GTG grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, republish, sell, license, create derivative works from, record, scrape, upload, share, leak or commercially exploit GTG content without prior written consent, except to the extent permitted by law.
14. Third-party services and platforms
GTG may rely on third-party providers, including Whop, Discord, YouTube, X, payment processors, website hosts, email providers, analytics providers, video platforms, software tools and communication platforms.
GTG is not responsible for outages, policy changes, moderation decisions, payment interruptions, data handling, security incidents or service failures caused by third-party services outside GTG’s reasonable control.
Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
15. Third-party links, affiliates and commercial partners
GTG may refer to or link to third-party exchanges, platforms, products, services, brokers, wallets, protocols, tools or offers.
Some links, codes or references may be affiliate links or commercial partner links. GTG or its contributors may receive commissions, rebates, referral payments, discounts, credits, bonuses, services, products, special access or other compensation if you sign up, purchase, trade, deposit or use a third-party product or service through those links.
Affiliate links and commercial partner links are advertising arrangements only. They do not constitute financial advice, an endorsement, a recommendation or a statement that the product or service is suitable for you.
You are responsible for reviewing the third party’s terms, fees, risks, licensing position, privacy practices and suitability before using any third-party product or service.
16. Suspension and termination
GTG may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if:
(a) you breach these Terms, the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy or Community Rules;
(b) payment is overdue, reversed, disputed or fraudulent;
(c) GTG reasonably suspects unauthorised sharing, fraud, misuse, scraping, harmful conduct, solicitation, poaching, harassment, compliance risk or a security incident;
(d) GTG reasonably considers suspension necessary to address legal, regulatory, safety, platform-integrity or reputational risks;
(e) GTG discontinues the relevant Service.
Suspension or termination does not affect accrued rights, payment obligations already incurred, or clauses intended to survive termination.
17. Availability, performance and changes
GTG aims to provide a useful and reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific content frequency, specific outcomes, specific contributors, specific livestream times, specific features or that content will always be current, complete or suitable for your circumstances.
Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, platform migrations, moderation actions, channel removals, contributor changes and feature changes may occur.
18. Errors and omissions
GTG may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in content, pricing, product descriptions, offers or Services at any time.
GTG is not required to update all older content, videos, posts, resources or community discussions.
19. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTG excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, platform losses, missed trades, business interruption or losses caused by third-party products or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTG’s aggregate liability for claims arising out of or in connection with paid Services is limited to the amount paid by you to GTG for the relevant Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
20. Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify GTG, its directors, employees, contractors, contributors, moderators, affiliates and related parties against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorised use of GTG content.
21. Changes to these Terms
GTG may update these Terms from time to time.
If a change is material, GTG will publish the updated Terms on the website or notify members through a reasonable channel before the change takes effect where practicable.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
These Terms, together with the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Community Rules and checkout terms, constitute the agreement between you and GTG regarding the Services.
